Our History

The inception of our journey in the Home Building industry began in response to the energy crisis of the 1970’s.

Our Company patented an energy efficient wall system that resulted in the acquisition of clientele from around the world.  For the next two decades we packaged homes with panelized structural sip-like panels and shipped them not only across Canada, but also throughout the United States, Russia, Germany, China, Japan, Philippines, Caribbean, and Chile.

As the market conditions changed in the 1990’s, we evolved the business to not only supply panelized wall packages but to also facilitate the general contracting of the project. Our service often managed the project to what the industry refers to as the ‘Shell Erect’ concept that takes the project from excavation to drywall stage.  Later this evolved again to managing the construction process to key release. 

This was our foray into the Custom Home building market, where we have built a tremendous passion for Custom Dream Homes throughout North America.
