Meredith Lake House

Location: ROCHES POINT, Lake Simcoe, ON

SCOPE of WORK: 

• Lake House – Custom

• 4,500 Sf/Ft of Developed Space

• Traditional 2 Story

This 4500 sq.ft Custom, was built on an extraordinary point of land at the East Shore on Roches Point, Lake Simcoe.  Its proximity to the lake meant that this structure was built on an area of cedar stand, which was very wet and presented some obvious challenges however our team, which included the talents of renowned Architect Mark Langridge, was able to complete this Beautiful Custom in less than 5 months’ time

• The property featured a beautiful long driveway to create an impressive property entrance

• Started excavation in December, completion date May 13, following spring

• House had many unique design features characteristic of Lake Houses of the area

• House featured large covered deck areas and great view of Lake Simcoe

• Basement partially developed
